- Amtrust Financial Group has approved the Blanket Auto Additional Insured Endorsement. It amends the following:
Section II – Who Is An Insured is amended to include as an “insured” any person or organization for whom you are performing operations when you and such person or organization have agreed in writing in a contract or agreement that such person or organization be added as an additional insured on your policy. Such person or organization is an additional insured only with respect to liability arising out of your ongoing operations performed for that “insured.”
The endorsement can be added immediately to new and renewal accounts for a flat $150 premium charge.
- ISO has introduced Crime Coverage for Fraudulent Impersonation with endorsement CR 0417.
This insuring agreement covers loss resulting directly from the insured having, in good faith, transferred money, securities or other property in reliance upon a transfer instruction purportedly issued by an employee or other covered person, or a customer or vendor of the insured, but which transfer instruction proves to have been fraudulently issued by an imposter without the knowledge or consent of the employee or other covered person, customer or vendor.
ISO has also recognized that businesses are more vulnerable than ever to theft by imposters. So we are providing you this coverage option through AIG Insurance Company to protect against such losses.
